Quality Policy

Quality that's proven, not promised

शुद्धता पर कोई समझौता नहीं

Every batch of milk undergoes rigorous testing at our fully equipped laboratory, where testing is done using an NDDB kit. From fat content to adulteration checks, nothing is left to chance.

The chain

Four checkpoints between the farmer and your kitchen

Step 01

Sourced directly from farmers

We procure high-quality milk directly from local farmers at fair and competitive prices. Our field team works with them on hygienic and ethical dairy practice, because quality that starts at the shed does not have to be corrected later.

Step 02

Collected at our MCC

Milk reaches our Milk Collection Centre at Jagammanpur, Jalaun, in Uttar Pradesh. This is where our commitment to quality begins, and where every batch is accounted for.

Step 03

Tested in our NDDB-equipped laboratory

Every batch undergoes rigorous testing in our in-house laboratory, fully equipped with tools and technology recommended by the National Dairy Development Board. From fat content to adulteration checks, nothing is left to chance.

Step 04

Moved on a cold chain

Once quality is assured, milk is transported through a temperature-controlled supply chain that protects freshness, purity and nutritional integrity until it reaches your doorstep.

Traceability

Every batch goes back to a known farmer

Because we procure directly from local farmers we know, a batch can be traced back to the collection it came from. If something is wrong, we know where to go and whom to support with further training.
